Q: I'm not sure which plan I need. Can you help me decide?

Q: Why don't you offer unlimited bandwidth or disk space?

The answer is simply that unlimited bandwidth and disk space don't exist. Bandwidth, hard drives, and servers cost money, and no company can offer stable and reliable service and still make a profit by giving unlimited bandwidth and disk space. Would you want your website to be on a server where anything goes, and no limits are placed on the finite resources of computing?

Q: I'd really like to go with you, but I've found several hosting companies that are less expensive.

We realize that we're not the cheapest web hosting company. We also know we're nowhere near the most expensive either. We've struck a balance that has worked for us for over 9 years that allowed us to earn a reputation for top-notch service and still be profitable. When you get down to comparing each offer on a feature-by-feature basis, and factor in the quality support you'll receive, it's very hard to beat our web hosting.

Q: I've bought my domain from another company. Can I still host with you?

Yes. You don't have to transfer your domain to our registration service either. Your welcome e-mail from us will contain our nameservers. You can change your domain's nameservers in your domain registrar's control panel, and in as little as 15 minutes after you change them, your site will be served from our servers.

Q: Can I get SSL (https://) with a hosting plan lower than the E-Commerce Plan?

Yes. We charge $75.00 a year for a static IP on any plan lower than the E-Commerce Plan. A static IP is required for SSL, which provides secure connections (https://) to your website. If you don't have an SSL certificate, we can provide you one for $125.95 per year. With the E-Commerce plan and above, the static IP is included at no extra charge, and if you pay for the plan for a year, you'll get a free SSL certificate as well.

If you already have an SSL certificate from a previous hosting provider, you can use that certificate with us provided you have the certificate file and key. If you have questions about this, please let us know.
