Business to Business (B2B) – a business that sells products or services to other businesses.
 
Business to Consumer (B2C) – a business that sells products or services to the end-user consumers.

Banner Ad - a graphic-based advertisement, typically 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall. This is the single most popular form of advertising carried by web sites; was once synonymous with web advertising. Since the advent of other types of web advertising such as text ads and ads embedded within the content of a page, banner ads now account for just a fraction of the web ad market.
 
Banner Blindness - the tendency of web visitors to ignore banner ads, even when they contain information visitors are actually seeking.
 
Banner Exchange - network where participating sites display banner ads in exchange for credits which are converted at a predetermined exchange rate into ads to be displayed on other sites.

Button Ad - a graphical advertising unit which is smaller than a banner ad.

Button Exchange - a network of participating sites which display button ads in exchange for credits which are converted at a predetermined exchange rate into ads to be displayed on other websites.

Buzzword - trendy word or phrase used to impress or appear savvy.
